Where is a good place to get replacement gas springs? I need some for my 97 202. They are spring lift SL 36. I don't know how much pressure they have though.

C & O Marine Parts has them. The PN G-3620, should probably be the one you are looking for, but measure extended and compressed lengths just to be sure. The SL 36 is 20#.
If you want higher pressures, Overton's also has them.
Some have replaced them with gas lifts from some of the major auto parts stores, but I've never really checked those out. If you can find the right length, I reckon they ought to work just fine.
i went to Autozone and found one that matched close to the size of the spring on the rear (engine compartment) hatch of my 191 (should be identical to 202) - it popped right on and works perfectly.

60lbs rear deck... I used 40 lbs for center storage and rod lockers... if measurements not exact..... get a shorter spring...
