Has anyone actually removed a fuel tank in a 2000 model 203? I need to find a leak and install an newer model shoot-thru hull transducer. It looks as though someone set a gas tank down and then decided to build a boat around it. Love the ride but other than the access under the oil reservoir it really looks as if the tank will need to come out for full bilge access.

access to bilge area is under your oil resovoir tank comes out plate it rests on comes full access to bilge should not need to pull fuel tank
Let me know how you make out on this one. I am going to do a complete pump replacement, as well as a new shoot through TD this spring. I was wondering the exact same thing myself, but I will not be able to dig into it until the weather hits the other side of winter.
