    Stickin with my 187

Well guys, I asked you all some questions and also read alot of the other guys stuff about the smaller ChamPs, and I think I will just stick with my 2000 187 Elite until I try to do something with it and it won't do it. All you smaller ChamP guys seem pretty happy with your boats, and so far mine's done nothing but whoop ass. Pardon the french. If anyone wants to see my baby, she's on the 1st page of the owners lists. This is an awesome site!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glad you found us, Roy! We have some great folks here....

I had a '99 187 Elite and loved it. I kept it 6 years and now it lives with another BBC member...down in FL. Still going strong!!

I think if you plan on sticking with an 18 ft'ish boat, I too would keep what you have.
Your boat looks sweet, and it'll do anything a new one would!

I had a 181 for 11 years and was so pleased I bought a 2008 188. When you shut down the gas needle is in better shape and the floating pier fishes just as good. Good luck and when it comes time to replace your Champion buying another will bring you more joy. The front deck has a lot more space and the boat is very stable. Bobby
