Hi everyone,
I have a 2000 203 with a 2000 trailer made by dri-doc inc.
I called champion to get the paint code for the trailer( touchup) and he told me the color is midnight blue and is a ppg brand paint , but out of all the paints champion used that is the one he did not have the code to.
I called ppg and they have no record of selling paint to champion boats.
Could anyone help me out in this matter, even if it's a close match.
I can't be the only one with this color.

ppg would have sold the paint to Dri-Doc, not Champion. I think Dri-Doc is out of business, but ppg should have record of selling to them....
Evinrude blue may be close especially the E-tec color and you can get that in a rattle can.
Try a popular Automotive paint store. I went to them and they had a hand held computer just to match colors. The color matched perfect. They just placed it on the trailer and Bingo.Sorta neat I thought

Where did you bring it too?
I would assume any of the big name paint distributors/dealers would have one ... PPG, DuPont, RK, Dietzler, etc. Some of the better body shops may also be able to do it. It's pretty common any more.
I will try the paint store computer thing.
I asked PPG color libray about selling Dri Doc that color and they have no record of that either.
