On my '88 Champ the plastic center cap that bolts in the steering wheel with allen capscrews is busted up pretty good, is there some way to get a new one or do I have to get a whole new steering wheel? Or does someone have either of these?

Check with C&O Parts first. They bought out the balance of the parts from Mountain Home. If they can't help, you may have to get a generic cap from one of the Marine Supply outlets.
