Champion's Help

I kinda been reading some other talk, on other matters. I have owned (2) Champions, the second bought in 2006, Champion has gone out of their way to help me resolve whatever problem I have ever had. My thoughts is, if you have a problem, work it through and you will be another satisfied customer.
