they are applied jsut like a sticker......they have some industrial adhesive on the backside of them and i will say that it is some stout stuff big time.
abd yea John they are a tad crooked but man im telling ya they are not the easiest thing that i have ever installed but it still only took me bout an hour and a half to put them all on
