Tracker Panfisher 16, hatch cover for front

I have a 2001 Tracker Panfisher 16 foot. It has a hole in the front deck for a standard Igloo type ice chest. I'm trying to find a hatch cover, hinged, that I put there instead of the ice chest. It measures 22.5 x 13.25.
Also, I wonder how much trouble it would be to take the center live well out?

You want to totally remove the center livewell/seat or convert it to dry storage?

I want to take it out completely. Got a plug in it now to keep it dry. Tanks

I would think its not too bad to remove. Looks to just be screwed down to the deck. Cap off all the hoses etc. might have to make a filler panel for the hole in the floor tho.
