So I added led lights for port and stbd and the rear running lights. So as I installed them I got to thinking. Wonder if I could add a turn signal switch to them and use as blinkers if I was turning on the lake. Way overkill but be different.

I did the same with the front nav lights.. to be honest, I think you'd just confuse people with a blinker.. plus when seeing a boat in the distance, this is how we know which way the boat is heading.
FWIW - when I am running I sometimes just leave them on especially towards the end of the day, not just dusk but as the sun starts to set. Especially on a busy lake day with turn turns..

The turn signals idea was really just to make provoke think wth. Lol I like the lights. Haven't used them yet though. Prolly next weekend
