    One man boat

I got this at a yard sale a few weeks ago. Easy to load and unload but when fishing it sits so "light"on the water which ever side you cast to the boat turns that way when cranking in the lure, if there is the slightest breeze you go with it. Guess I'm gonna have to start using some kind of anchor. Gonna take some getting used to, My Crawdad is better to fish out of but a lot harder to load alone. Here it is with the rod racks I made to hold fishing rods there is a place behind the seat to set my softside tackle box.

Yep... get some of those and you can use your legs to keep you straight in the wind or when you cast.

Might have to try that. Should work if the weeds and pads don't get too thick.
    Thanks

For an anchor, try a 3lb dumb bell. I've been using one in my kayak and it works really well.

I have a old window weight that will make a good anchor. I think, just have to give it a try. It might be 2 or 3 lb.

Looks like a fish cat 9. If you dont have the fins, you need them.
