    Need some help.

    I postecd in the resto forum, and didn't get any responses at all. I have a issue where the top cap is coming apart from the hull under the trolling motor. I've check all the way around, and this is the only area with this problem. The rest of the boat is tight and secure. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue? Can anyone think of why this might have happened? Do I need to put some kind of support under there? Any ideas would be great Thanks.

    It just so happens that I have been reading a thread on iboats.com about a guy working on restoring/remodeling a 1986 Cajun II. He has gone so far as to remove the entire top cap from the boat so I would think he could give some pretty good information. Check out the thread below and maybe you can message the guy and chat about your issue.
