measure the outside of your gas tank
use this measure of the outside dimensions to estimate the inside dimensions of your gas tank in inchs
if a rectangular or cubic gas tank, muliply, (L*B*D) Lenght times breath times depth to get the inside volume in cubic inches
divide by 0.004329004.33 and you get the aproximate capacity in gallons
1 cubic inch = 0.00432900433 US gallons
hopes this helps, for non cubic gas tanks, use volume formula for that type of shape (cylnder, sphere, etc) from math web site.

ALTERNATE PROCEDURE:
1) Run out of gas on main tank. Note: it would be advisable to carry a spare portable tank to get back to dock.
2) Fill it up at gas station pump.
3) Remember readings
The above procedure is what I did.
Not to be coy, but Cajuns did not have standard "specs"
If you read the post the "The way things use to be" you'll come to know that 'back in the day" many parts of the your great boat was "custom made" and there is no other answer to give you.
