Re: New Blazer Model Pics (Vyper202)

I know they wont listen, but sure wish they could lighten it up some so we could see a TRUE high performance Blazer boat. Nows the time guys since its in the build and trial part. I would love to see a new blazer that would actually compete with the other high performance boats, not just follow with another 80MPH boat like everybody else is doing right now...Come on Keith build us a light blazer, I know ya can do it... Oh and how about a livewell divider that actually is easy to remove and put back in???

That is because they are still in the process of building the mold for the top cap, that is what the wood is for.

I hope they Blazer will still offer the standard hull....If I had wanted a wide decked boat that would run 75-78, I would have bought a Toon....

I agree, there is no shortage of wide decked boats!! I hope Blazer does not forget what sets them a part from the rest,............... speed.

Is it just the way I am looking at the photos or is the console mounting way to far forward?

All of the other models will still be available. Alot of folks have asked for a wide body boat, as this is the trend right now.

Re: New Blazer Model Pics (Fear-This)

Im not by any means saying that there isnt a demand for wide deck boats... I said I wouldnt want one. Anyone has the right to buy and like what they choose...I will continue to buy and own the standard 202 hull, because its what I like. Now if I want a wide deck boat that will run in the 90s, I will look at other manufactures.

Re: New Blazer Model Pics (Vyper202)

I agree Jay. Alot us still like the go fast rigs. I would like to have wide body boat that would run mid 80's tourney loaded. I am really thinking about either a 180 with a Phase 3 150 Yammie or a 190 with a Phase 3 200 Yammie. Either would be perfect for down here on the Bayou.

Re: New Blazer Model Pics (santeebassin)

This is just the plug (mold) all Blazer Boats are fiberglass. This is just pictures showing a new model in process. No concerns on rot !!!
