Motor bouncing

Guys I'm finding that my outboard bounces a lot when running on the slightest choppy water. It's an 05 202/225 HPDI with a 15" Rapid Jack. I have checked engine and jack plate mounting torque and transom. Everything is tight. Engine has the original stock motor mounts with 206 hours on them. Is it normal for the engine to bounce around or do I need to fix something?

You might need to check the motor mounts.
