Low 80's, better depending upon how it is setup.... 300 is very good on fuel if you can keep your foot out of it, Mine does excellent at lower speeds. 4000 RPM's normally puts me right around 60, and still does good on fuel.
In the 80's with a 3 blade prop, you will have to drive it, as it does take some input. 4 blade props are easier to drive on that rig, just a little slower in my experience.
If it's a single console? That boat will run in the upper 80's light fishing load one person. Heavy Jeff's right on track. You have to get that rig high and dry and it will run. Most guys don't like to run loose and they sacrifice some speed. Fuel milage all HPDI motors are pretty good. I drove one a year ago that ran 91 and change light.

that is way faster than the 55 tops of my current rig. never ridden in a blazer before, what is the ride like? that will be nice to ride at my current high speed and get great fuel mileage. thanks guys

another question can i fish shallow in this boat. does it sit low in the water?
Yes. Any light proformance hull such as Allison, Bullet, Blazer, Stroker, will all draft shallow.

1600lbs is nothing like the Allison, Bullet or Stroker weights.. What do Rangers, Triton's and etc. weigh???
1700-1900lbs. All of the 210's from 02' on weigh around 1500-1600 lbs. Allisons, Bullets, and Strokers are all hand laid boats, and the weight of the lay up is easier to get right, casue they can get rid of excess resin, thus the lower weight. The weights of the Blazers are pre-rounded top as well.
