Running in cool conditions early this year was able to hit 74 mph gps w/ 2 man t-load (me @ 220 & partner @ 160), 22 gal of fuel, empty wells, slight chop, spinning 26 Trophy at approx. 6000 rpms.

Mine is a 2004 dc with 200 efi and will hit 75 with just me and 44gal of fuel and empty live wells turning a 25 trophy at about 6000 rpm.It comes down to about 70 mph with a second person on board and haven't paid any attention with the live wells full.

I have had no problems at all with chine walk and mine also feels very stable at top end running all out.I think anyone with some boat driving experience can handle a 190 easily.
