Blazer comes through once again. My wife broke the latch on the passenger console awhile back, so this past weekend at the B'ham boat show, she hit Blazer pres Keith Craft up about how to repair it. He told her that he would just send us the whole console insert and it showed up today. That is why WE choose to run a Blazer, great customer service! Thanks Keith!
Just a thought. How many other boards have owners write about personal conversations they have with the President of the company. Keith, Lonnie, George
and the staff absolutely do their best to support their customers!! I suspect their where visitors in the Grammer booth that had no idea the person they were talking to was the president of Blazer.
no doubt that's one of the main reasons I keep buying Blazers. Kieth and the whole crew at the plant are top knotch for sure.
the bullet guys do talk to Reid Cox often too. I'm not sure if the customer service for the bullets is good but Reid is a good guy too.
