    Carpet in 202 Blazer

I was wondering if any of you have replaced the carpet in the floor below the seats? It appears to just be one piece that would be fairly easy to take out and glue another in. The edges of the carpet are starting to come apart where they are sewn. If anyone has just wondering if this job would be something simple to do on the weekend or if there is something unseen that makes it a more in depth job.

You are correct on all accounts. It is one piece and can be replaced. You can get it from the factory.

As to how big of a mess it is, or how difficult it is to do really depends on you. Some things I say are easy others say are hard and vise versa. So, if you are comfortable ripping that up, scraping any excess glue off, and glueing the other back down it shouldn't be too bad of a job for you.

How bad is it coming un ravelled? Could you clip the strings off, and then melt the edge to keep it from getting worse?
