2006 225etec HO idles rough

Serial # 5136521 . Model# E225DHLSDF. When I first start it and idle out of a no- wake area It developes a miss. After I make a decent run then it seems to be OK. I have had it in a couple of times and first we waited till we got thru the break in and then put new plugs in It seemed to be ok for a little while and then it started to miss again.
Then I was out another time and I had to push the button about 4 times before it would start. Took it back and they pulled the plugs and the gaps had grown and some of the spark area was about gone. I don't know what you call the little pointy part. Also the foam on the inside of my hood fell and the flywheal was making dust out of it and it was all over inside the hood and on the motor. Could any of the foam dust have gotten inside the motor and if it did could it cause me problems down the road.
Other than that it has been a great motor. Oh yea I have 53 hrs. on it.

This software improves oil pulse detection, adds tps out of idle range fault (code 11), and fixes an issue causing a random high speed misfire.

The motor may be loading up on oil if it is not detecting a good oil pulse. That could be why it goes away after a decent run. The extra over oiling also affects normal platinum plug life.

There is also a new spark plug that will extend your plug life. The part number is 5007120 QC10WEP. It has iridium tips rather than platinum.

yes most of our stations have the 10% ethonal.
I also don't have the deflector pins.

According to your serial number, I would add the deflector pin kit, change the plugs again, check the water pressure relief valve seal, and check which map is in the EMM.

BRP will pay for all of this.
