    GE, Need help!

Greg, I raised the motor up until I began to loose lift, still had good H2O pressure but still can't get but 5700 loaded,5800empty? ordered 4inch setbacks friday! I posted a message to Mark about it! Do you think the extra setback will help? Thank's Wayne.

Look all you need is more setback I bought my new 250 hpdi and had a Bob 10'' Hd had the same problem best speed was 74 gps I was p.o took a little reading and found out that most guy's were running a 15" rapid jack bought it end of story 82 gps go figure . I don't claim to know as much as some of these guys but some of them are pretty sharp but the bigger the motor the more set back you need on a 202. don't waste your time with spacer go with the rapid jack then get Ge to set you up with a good prop good luck

The setback will help with the bowlift. You may lose a little holeshot though. A good rule of thumb is for every inch you go back, you can raise the engine a 1/4".

Yep I did lose hole shot , but for the speed gain it was well worth it .

You'll gain your holeshot back with a foil from Bman and skidplate.
