Toothpaste (NOT GEL) works wonders on a truck bug shield to shine it back up, but I've never tried it on a boat windshield...

If it's crazed or cracked there's only one fix, replace it. If it is light scuffs, as the other guys stated you can buff them out. I believe you can only purchase a tinted windshield short or tall.
Lee, what is the height difference between the short and tall winshield and the price for each?

The tall winshield is two inch's higher than the std. winshield. I'll look @ prices tomorrow and let you know.
McGuires makes two products that will polish your windshield. You use one then the other. If your windshield has those hairline cracks, they won't come out and they are caused by Windex.
New windshield is about $100.00 (that was a couple years ago). It is worth it.

The windshields are still $100 and they only come in tinted. There was a guy having some red ones made and they were around $160.
The standard winshield as stated is $100.00, the tall one is $134.00. I think I've only sold one boat with the tall winshield since 1994.
hey lee when will you be coming this way again i need to pay you for the prop and i would like to see about geting a tall windshield of see a pic of one do they look good?
