I had an upholestry shop refoam and recover seats for me once. You may try your local yellow pages and ask a local shop for the new foam, should not be an issue for most larger shops.
Tha Allison bucket foam is fairly simple,, two piece foam sections glued together. You may be able to do it yourself if you can locate bulk foam for the seat.
