I dont see a problem with them only taking two for ceremonial reasons.
Here is another thread that has been started on the subject

I don't wanna see any Eagles killed...but....the Indians was here FIRST. We invaded, remember? Sucks I know, but if our gooberment is gonna kissy kissy certain groups (ie: voter id, be here legally) then why is it the Indians are the ones that still always gets crapped on?
First they infect yellowstone with wolf populations that are out of control and now they approve the killing of bald eagles. Yup... that's the feds for ya! They can't do anything right... freaking idiots every one of them.![]()
Not sure why this even made the news. Happens more frequently than you think. Here is one my taxidermist did for a local tribe late last year:

This irritates me. I'm considering creating my own religion to skirt around the laws of the land. If the courts are considering sharia law, and Indian ceremonies are exempt from having to abide by law of the land, I've got to figure out my own religion to forego all the laws I don't like to be bound by.
What is even more strange than this is that the gov't actually has in archive, bones and body parts of bald eagles that it sends out to tribes to use in ceremonies. The argument was that Indians felt it was degrading to have to ask the gov't for permission to use these sacred items.
Question everything!
At least they went through channels to get permission.

I don't see a problem with it either. Not on the endangered species list and doing well..I'd rather they use a carcass found dead already as they often do..

There's plenty of bald eagles around. I dont' see any reason a few couldn't be taken...and native American's would get my vote for first rights.

Two things....
1. You are equating a bird to a human??
2. You sound like either a racist or a dumbazz...or both.
