Was planning on heading to the lake today but my little man decided to get sick last night. He's got a fever and he's stopped up pretty bad. He just turned 4 and this is only the 2nd time he's ever been sick so I'm very thankful. Got some meds in him for the fever and hoping he feels better. Sure is nice outside but I'm gonna just enjoy the day kicking back with him.
Plans....made to be broken...

Yep, sometimes the little ones do cause us to change plans. But they are surely worth it. Hope the little guy gets well quickly.

Well, not all was lost. He felt very good all day with no fever and it got into the upper 70's here today. After a trip to the park he asked to go fishing. Hmmm wonder what happened.
