    Question about tackle warehouse

    I placed an order a month ago and ordered 5 items. They sent me one of the items quickly but sent an email saying that the others will be shipped at a later time because one of the items were backordered. The item in question was supposed to be available 3/4/12 Ok, no big deal. Well the items still haven't been shipped and I have some tournaments coming up where I will need the remaining items. I emailed them and they said they will ship as soon as they receive the items and that the date that they say they will be available can be off a few days. So the question is, how long should I wait before emailing them again? And have any of you guys had the same problem?

    Its your choice.. I have called them and told them to take the backordered item off and they will do that no problem.

    They can't ship it to you unitl they get it, if the manufacture says they should have it on the date, and they don't, they are in a bad spot.

    Personally I don't do backorders when I order with them, it says right on the site if its back ordered before you order.

    Pick up the phone and call them. You will get it taken care of right away.

    call them doctor.also ask them where my backorder is that was shipped last monday!

    No problems with them,,but I have'nt ordered any top secret out of stock backordered stuff either

    Actually, I ordered a bunch of matts lures. They said some guy named jami ordered a few weeks ago and wiped em out!
