The property we bought a couple weeks ago we have been cleaning it up every weekend.
My wife and daughter picked up 9 or 10 bags of trash along the road that borders it,
Well I go there this morning to haul the crap out with a trailer and some POS Fu**ing Dirtbag dumped a 32" tube style heavy a$$ TV right there in the creek
I know it was the people living up the hill in the trailer, I have set up deer cams in a couple locations that SHOULD get their ugly a$$ mug and their licence plate number.
I hope if someone dose dump some crap there that it catches them, I'll give them ONE chance to clean it up right then or I'll just have them arrested/ticketed/fined or whatever the law will allow

Takes a real lazy *** person to do crap like that. Hope the trail cams work, would be nice to have the drop on them. Problem is people who work for a living are at work when this happens, and the others have all day to do whatever cause they are on the draw.

Don't let them know about the trail cams- otherwise they will use them for target practice in order to destroy evidence. Make sure you camo-them up and hide them good! Trash neighbors can be a real PITA.

If the trash is being dumped in the creek, contact your local or state enviromental control agency. Dumping in a waterway/watershed usually makes the fine extremely high.

also get the serial # on the tv if possibe, maybe the tv was registered by a user at some point in time.

The fine for dumping that size of TV in Texas can result in a fine up to $2000 and/or up to 180 days in jail.

If you are gonna go through the trouble of loading it up or carrying it to the creek, why not just take it to the dump or a dumpster somewhere?

couldn't that become a double edged sword, like the property owner will be responsible for removing it and anything else the state finds in that waterway? how does the state know who threw it in there? First thing I would expect to hear out of a lazy land owner was someone dumped it on my property I have no idea how it got there when there is someone standing there with a ciation book

I truely believe your the OP is cleaning up his property and some dirt bag dumped trash there, just giving a second way of looking at it

The tv is still on the trailer, I have the serial number but have had no luck.......yet

Im sure the dbags can't afford to take it to the dump let alone pay any fees handed down from the law. If they get 180 days they will probably be let off with 5 days. Not sure if your state is harsh or tough with penalties but Washington sure ain't. Bunch of panties worn hear!
