Hall left $4.2 million on the table......I wonder what the difference was in the bids for the other two to be so close and then Hall just blowing them away?

they will probably prefab the section and bring it in and install with cranes. i guess thats how they could do it that fast. jmo.

I'm sure they'll build it on the bank or on a barge and float it in like they're doing at Milton/Madison, but heck that will take longer than 80 days!

If they started tomorrow, that is exactly 80 days until May 27th.......that's crazy!!!

You would be suprized at what can be done"And done correctly" in a limited amount of time.
Next time you turn your lights on at your house remember that at one time, I said we cant have those circulators finished in 3 weeks well low and behold they were and they were done right
