Judge Upholds Right To Bear Arms in Maryland

Federal judge rules Maryland's concealed carry and right to carry laws unconstitutional based on the fact that they, Maryland, require a person to show just cause. bout time some of these lame brained liberal states start to get their come upins.

Here in this Liberal State, they ask why you need to carry a concealed weapon. I was told that "Personal protection" is the wrong answer. "Going to and from the shooting range" is apparently the correct answer. Do some local research before you fill out your application.

Well, it would be good if they allow for other reasons. As of now you must have to transport gold or prescription narcotic or something to have a CC permit.

Sounds like what you have to do to pick up a pistol permit here. "Why do you need a handgun?" Correct answer - "I am a collector" You have to make them feel safe, like you are going to hang it in a safe and wipe it down once a year, not actually use it.
