    Daiwa Legalis

Anyone have this reel? It's new according to BPS so neither they or Tackle Warehouse have reviews yet. I bought it because it was one of the few I could find that will hold 12 or 14 lb line.

I probably own about 20 spinning reals that will hold 12 to 20lb line. It all depends on how much you want to hold.

And spend. My price point was $100 or less.

    Re: Daiwa Legalis (Neubs24)

I've got 7 of them. I think they used these to take over the price point that the Excelers had. They jacked up the Excelers to around $100 and these took their place, as close as I can figure. I can't find a thing wrong with them. I caught several good Redfish on them this past weekend. If they can handle a Redfish........... a Bass will be child's play!!!!
