Kidding Aside...What Do You Wear Underneath Cabela's Insulated Guidewear Bibs?

My Cabela's insulated Guidewear bibs arrived today and the length fit is perfect. I'm concerned that the XL-Tall (Night/Black) may be a little to snug around the chest and in the legs. I tried them on over a pair of corduroy pants and it's 75 degrees today. Being this is my first pair ever, I'm trying to confirm what the fit should be. Are you more comfortable all day in these things if they are baggy. What do you wear under these when it's cold, windy and wet?

I bought the uninsulated guidewear and will wear a good pair of warm gear like Under Armor or Nike, pair of old sweats because they are more comfortable than jeans and they are warmer, fleece top and then the suit. Gloves and a good fleece type balaclava under the helmet and I'm good to go even on single digit temps.

I don't have the Cabela's brand cold weather or rain gear, but the ones I do have they are just loose enough to go over my clothing. I'll put them on when I need them, and take them off when I don't. If it's cold I'll put my winter gear on at the ramp, and I'll take them off if it gets to hot. But I put everything on over regular clothing.

This is why I bought mine a size Larger than I needed (un-insulated though). So in those conditions I can put layer's on underneath & not get to a point I don;t have free movement in places.

you only need a long sleeve turtle neck shirt like an under armor or similar, and a pair of jeans on. Thats it; you won't need anythng else!

Same here. Sometimes I wear Cabelas long underwear and shirt. Make sure its moisture wicking. I bough the jacket a size bigger than normal to zip up over the bibs etc. Bibs i bought regular size because i just wear cabelas long underwear (their version of under armour) moisture wicking.
