Hello, my step-daughter landed her first real job at the Tazewell Pike Animal Clinic in northeast Knoxville, TN (Corryton?) as a Vet Tech. I need to locate her a safe place to live/rent that is a suitable proximity to her new work location. She'll not be making a lot of money, but the wife and I will supplement her income as needed. She has expressed a desire to live in Fountain City or Halls Crossroads. The ideal target rent would be $500/mo. or less. If a safe place can be found in the country I feel it would be the most affordable. We are not above renting a mobile home on some land. Hell, I own three of them myself. Every place is worth us taking a look at. My wife and I'll be in Knoxville for our search next week on Wednesday night (late) April 18.
