He said that it will be necessary for fuel prices to rise significantly to implement his "change". I think we're well on our way

Its 3.55-ish in the DFW are. I wish I lived much further away from the metro. When the SHTF and homie can't put gas into his "slab", or afford to eat, I'd prefer to be 50 miles out of town.
