getting dog hair out of boat carpet

I have a lab that sheds 13 months a year. I have tried just about everyting to include duck tape, which does work but timely. Ive tried spraying with a ligh tmist of water then vacuming using a shop vac and the house vacum. It gets some out but not enough for my likeing. How do you guys get the dog hair out?

Try a scrub brush.....dry.

Nothing works except using one of those wire brushes for cats and water. Its time consuming, but not only will your carpet be hair free. It will look brand new.

Then wet...then dry...We deal with a ton of dog/cat hair in cars and trucks at work..Tried tape and special tools ect...Nice HEAVY carpet brush and we work it all towards one area...vacuum it up...Work it some more in long sweeps making small piles to vacuum up...Then in the end you still have to finger pull some...Vacuum in one hand...picking hair with your other

Amazing how good that stuff can get in the carpet...weaves itself in!!

I use my house vac with the front brush, I do the big areas wit it and brush what I can't get to with the house vac.
