    Motor Mate

I ordered one of these motor supports for my ProXS yesterday; Got it today and am impressed. Let me tell you guys that this piece is the real deal. Attatchment to motor is quick and easy and once on motor the motor will not move...............either up or down or left and right. I have tried several motor supports over the years, and I will say without a doubt that this is the best I have ever used. You can literally grab the mid of the engine and shake the whole boat on the trailer and the engine will absolutely not move. I am not affilliated with the company either; bought mine just as each of you have to buy your products. This product gets a big from me and I would tell you guys if you are looking for the ultimate motor support for trailering your engine to check it out...........................RR

I see they are going to be an OEM provider for Gambler/Sterling boats now.

They had a display set up at the Angler's Choice Open House a couple of weeks ago, a very impressive product to say the least.

Had one of these several years ago. Different brand, same product. The locking pins bent in the first season of use. Had to toss it.

    Re: Motor Mate

Definitely not the same. I had a Lock-n-stow and switched to the Motor Mate. Notice how my Lock-n-stow is bent (top right of photo). It has a single center rod vs. the double support on the motor mate. Also, the Lock-n-stow has rubber cups that will wear out in four trips to the lake and back (notice mine). Notice that the Motor Mate has all stainless hardware vs. the rusted Lock-n-stow hardware. The Motor Mate is clearly superior.

I have one and really like it. Got over 3000 miles pulling the boat and no trouble.
