Seems that buying guns has been the thing to do here lately....

As alot of you know, I am a die hard waterfowler. I shoot a couple of Benelli semi's and a Beretta Extrema 2 for the last several years. My wife wants to get involved as well and start banging on ducks and geese with us. My 4 year old has been in layout blinds all year while shooting geese. Anyway, caught wind of a great deal on a Benelli M2 for $500. Needless to say, I couldn't pass it up. It was filthy when I got it, but it cleaned up to near mint condition. With a little stock modification, this will be my wifes gun. Here is a pic of the gun and our last outting.

Cool man! Iv been buying alot myself. Just picked up a new ruger p95 @ the manhattan gun show today & have a weatherby vanguard in .223 enroute. Looks like you got a good one man

Cool, as you know those are a good swinger. I have went ol' school with my duck hunting and shoot a Winchester model 12, 30" vent rib duck gun. This year was horrible for our duck season in MI as our weather was mostly in the 70's and blue skies.

Sweet deal on a sweet gun. The Beretta will function flawlessly even when dumped overboard in to almost frozen salt water of the Core Sound here in NC. We had a great duck season in KS this year, and not far at all from Junction City.

You are a lucky man. Been trying to get my wife to go turkey hunting just to see what it's all about. Hopefully this year she gets up to experience it. She is starting to come around to the idea that she is just going to have to go fishing or at least be in the boat more if she wants more quality time with me!
