+1. I've found that 2 stroke carbs seldom need rebuilding or a carb. kit. If you're careful with the gaskets, they just need cleaning with an aerosol can of carbeurator cleaner.
The new 90/10 gasoline is very bad on any rubber pieces. Sometimes the tips on needle valves are rubber, and they just don't seat well.
Last time I removed, cleaned and reinstalled my Yamaha carbs, it was just a 75 minute job. And I'm certainly not a professional mechanic.
This shouldn't be too difficult of a fix.
