Couldn't agree more Butch! Everyone thinks that once you've made headlines you're fair game for the rest of your life.![]()

That's because for some odd reason, they have inquiring minds who want to know.If everyone would just ignore the headlines, the press would leave her alone.

Free men are not equal. Equal men are not free.
That reminds me of the model who walked into the airplane prop. There was a headline recently about "Model steps out in public for first time" or something. The poor girl was dressed in baggy pants, a big hoodie with the hood up, and big sunglasses, apparently walking to her car from the Dr. or somewhere. She was doing everything she could to be invisible, but no such luck.
Reading the headline, I thought it was going to be an interview or something, but instead it was some camera guy trying to make money off of her misfortune by prying into her personal life when she REALLY didn't want it....
Absolutely none of my business what that girl does with her life. She most certainly has been through enough in her life and many more. I agree, let her be and let her heal.![]()
What ever happened to that girl that fell in that well that time?![]()
If not worse, the media is as bad as politicians, anything for a vote and anything for ratings.![]()

Following her rescue on October 16, 1987, surgeons had to amputate a toe due to gangrene from loss of circulation while in the well. She also has a scar on her forehead where her head rubbed against the well casing. She has had 15 surgeries over the years, and has no first-hand memory of the event.[7] McClure graduated from Greenwood High School, in a small community near Midland, in May 2004.
On January 28, 2006, McClure married Daniel Morales at a Church of Christ in a small rural community outside of Midland. The couple met at a day-care center where his sister worked with McClure.[8] The couple have a son named Simon and a daughter named Sheyenne.
On March 26, 2011, when Jessica turned 25, she received a trust fund of donations worth up to $800,000. Her father said she had discussed setting up a trust fund for the college education of her two children. The trust fund had earlier helped in the purchase of her present home, which is less than two miles from the site of the 1987 incident.
