Mirror green or backwater green. For 15 ft or less.
For sunny days I like my dark smoke colored lenses. For days that are cloudy but still bright (days like this are worse for me than bright sunny days) I wear the amber.

I was talking with Shaw Grigsby yesterday about this. He recommended brown or a yellowish brown tint and that they be polarized. He also mentioned about mirror finishes and said it didn't matter what they looked like on the outside, but how you could see from the inside. He also stressed the need for UV protection. I trust one of the best sight fishermen around.
