    Best place to look for a new boat?

    I am in the market for a used 21 foot boat. I have been looking in the boats for sale section on BBC as well as ebay, craigs list, and boat trader. I was wondering if there was another site simular to BBC with boats for sale or if you know of any other good places to look for used boats? Thanks.

    Boattrader.com and Craigslist.com. If there's nothing close to Western OK, spread your search out to places where they have large lakes.

    You might have to go as far as NE OK/NW AR or the Dallas, Texas area.

    With Craigslist, you can jump your searches from city to city easily.

    With most members, besides searching on here, I'm sure www.craigslist.org is a go to site. I know I use it to burn time.

    Try going to a popular boat ramp some morning or afternoon and see what might be for sale. You'll be able to take a quick test ride many times too and see how wet (or dry) things are after their day. Larger events will have quite a few with sale signs on them. Make sure you feel comfortable with why they're selling as well...

    Try your local boat dealers. They get trade ins and some will do consignments.

    Use findanyboat.com and do a search on any brand you want. This will search all craigslist boat ads in the US at one time.
