    Don Williams 6-3-07

I made the drive to Don Williams on Sunday morning. I got there a little before sunrise and did really well. I fished for about 5 hours and caught all my fish on a buzzbait. The fish seemed to be post-spawn on points near deep water with wood on them. I had probably 15 keepers between 2 1/2 and 3 pounds. I had a great time and would love to figure out where the fish go after the sun comes out. I threw tubes, craws, blades and a shaky head around all the laydowns with no luck. I'm off for the BFL in Lacrosse Wisconsin this weekend and will let you all know how the river fishing was.
