cheap thrill, but I am excited

This dont really count, but I got it home today. Should have her rigged up and going by this weekend

Thanks to The Boat Shop once again for all the kindness. On a Holliday, they agree to go to the shop, open it up and load my motor. Four people from their staff come to make this happen on their day off hows that for service

You gonna love it Ray!! Start her out on XD-100 and you won't look back except to see how far back them other people are ! Congrats!! And the Boat Shop crew are great folks, there are a couple other sponsors here that would do the same thing.

http://www.bbcboards.net...12131 I put this up last night. YOu are correct that they are great folks, but I also had to make a hard decision untimatly going with the dealer the closest in miles.
They said this motor was run on and set to run XD-50 Is this something I could have changed to go to XD-100 when I have it at the dealer this week getting the finishing touches on rigging and setup????
I have nearly a yr left on factory warranty so I do not want to mess that up.

thanks again not only for your business, but especially for your kind words. I would have liked to have met you myself, but duty for the state called on the holiday weekend.

Yes would have been nice. But rest assure your staff was top notch. I just hope the guys did not have their day messed up to bad by having to come in. I gave them a little thank you for their efforts. Tell your tech that my boy loved his bike also

    Ray,

There is nothing you can do program wise to the DI motors for the XD-100. The only motors that can be truly 'programmed' to run on XD-100 is the E-TECs. However, you can run XD-100 and most will recommend it simply because it is a full synthetic with additives that helps your motor to run cleaner and keeps you from having to add things to your gas to keep the motor clean.

It's good to see another BRP powered Blazer. Fred and a few others saw mine at the Southern Rally. He's right, you'll be flying with that motor.

Fred it was not you I misunderstood. It was the fine folks at the boat shop. I thought they said I could have the dealer switch it over to run XD-100 if I wanted to do that. I was so excited while I was down there, I don't remember much of what i was told though
