    Power-pole Sportsman II update help

    I tried to update my pole through the computer was told I might need too. So I down loaded the utility software from the site and then put the pole in program mode and connected the USB cord to the computer then pump. Then hit the upgrade button and it said download successful as soon as I hit the button and the pump never restarted or beeped. So I closed the program and retried it the samething so now I'm thinking it might already but updated to the latest software. Not sure I did it correct or not, any help is greatly appreciated.

    I had the same issue when updating. The update program ran in the blink of an eye but I don't know how to tell if it really updated the firmware or not. What did they tell you to do?

    If you are using windows 7 disable UAC and run as administrator.

    I have vista but I was told by power pole to right click on set-up and tell it to run as administrator. Worked like a charm. Yes, it was very quick.
