06 Skeeter ZX200 w/3.3 HPDI Questions

Have been asking questions on just about everything lately, and now I'm trying to "learn" about a HydroTec Phase 3 upgrade. For anyone that has done this to my model boat what did you gain/loose (besides $$$)? I know when modifying motors it sometimes makes them a little less reliable...would this be the case?

Also questions to the experts at HT: I've looked at the Phase 3 kit on your site but is there anything else I would have to buy/get to get the max performance out of this purchase? I've read about getting new props that would better be suited for the upgrade but is there anything else?
Deployment money will make my "dream boat" into a "DREAM BOAT"!!! and this would be 1 of my last purchases. Worth the $$$ or should I just stay stock?

I'm having trouble getting my ZX225 past 77... i've had a few issues over the past 2 weeks but things should be running fine now. I've got a 29 bolted on right now so i'll try it next time out... currently at 2 3/8 below pad. The 27p wasn't even hitting the limiter so i'm starting to get confused...
