    Cut Down

    I do a lot of metal work,welding,cutting.....shop stuff! I want to cut down my 300 v-max to a 16". I think I can do it. I'm just not sure about a few things"The whole thing". The steering tube that runs down, do I cut it down and weld it back,or do I buy a short one? The drive shaft? Shift rod,water tube ex...... I would get the pros to do it,but times are getting hard for me...money gone! Plus, I like doing this type work.
    If someone has done this cut down,can you steer me in the right direction. Many,Thanks Gene

    Not as easy as it seens. You have listed all the things that need shortening but the drive shaft is crucial because if it is not done properly it will break
