You must be talking about the mid section? My 08 is doing it too.

Part of this looks like it was repainted allready and was not sanded right but also it looks like the clear coat is coming off and why is there 2 spots on both sides that are looking like its back to the primer??
If those area's were closer to were the water comes out I would say ok heat from the water, and I'm sure this is from heat but its right were I would think the shift is and should it be getting that hot?? or I'm i just guessing and its normal and all is fine

That looks like mine did. Mine was also on the gray paint. See the picture below. I think mine was a lot worse by the time I figured out what it was.
I took some LimeAway to it and it came off with a little elbow grease. It appears to have been some buildup of sediment in the water, and maybe from the heat it was cooked on.
I have it starting again and am going to try some C-L-R.
Let me know how you come out.
