Who Reprograms ECMs?

I have a new powerhead coming tomorrow. 04 OX66 225. Mine is still running Ok, just worn out and compression is getting quite low. I have a little extra money from an insurance repair, so I'm gonna replace the power head (and motor mounts since the power head will be off anyways). Who will reprogram (or maybe even has a swap program) my ECM to the 250 settings? Or talk me out of it if it is a bad idea.

A 250 ecu wont do anything unless you have a 250 intake. You will only flood the motor and it will run like crap. Your better option is to shave the heads to bump up compression to about 135 (91 octane or higher and BR9 plugs required), install Bobs tuner, solid motor mounts and add CC reeds. Also, have your injectors cleaned, flow tested and calibrated by Brucato. A lot less than anything else and it will improve hole shot, mid range and possibly gain a little on top end.
