Anyone ever have an issue with a HPDI Yamaha not transfering oil form the fill resivior to the main oil tank? Mine stopped and I troubled shot it with no luck. Took it to a shop and they trouble shot it and came to conclusion it is something in the main wiring harness. Big $$$$ to fix and harness has to comer from Japan.

there are several posts on how to trouble shoot the Yamaha oil system on Boats.net Yamaha forum. Most of the time it is the filter or wire problem on the pump.
