How often do you grease your Yammys?

I have a 2006 200 HPDI that the previous owner put the wrong thrust washer on the mercury prop and it sheered part of the grese zerk off in the lower unit in front of the prop. It did not do any significant damage other than the zerk that I am goin gto replace, but how often do you all grease these zerks?

I grease twice a year once in the spring and once in the late summer. I usually give two pumps per zerk.

Twice yearly and I pump until I see it push out the old grease a little, therefor I know that it has received plenty. Kind like you do you wheel bearings.
