Where is 115 HP Fuel Filter on a 2003?

I have a Code 37 warning on the dash and the engine will only run at idle. The Code says Water in Fuel.
I want to drain the fuel filter on the engine of the water but can't find it. Tell me where to look. I cleared the separately mounted filter of the water and will put some fuel treatment in the gas tank to rid the rest of it. Thanks.

I would drain your tank and refill from a different station too. If you have that much water to set a code then your tank and fuel lines probably still have water in them.
Iirc the spin on fuel filter is at the front of the engine tucked behind the intake (the plastic air cleaner looking thing). Mine is a 2000 so yours may be different. Welcome to the BBC!

Thanks for the welcome and the information. I will remove the cover tomorrow and check behind it. I thought I could see something that looked like the filter shown on the BRP site but they never did say where it was located.
Any other maint that is needed on the engine besides plugs every year?

The engine mounted fuel filter is part number 502906. Do not try to re-use the old one after you empy the water out of it.

SH, thanks for the advice. Reusing it would be a sure way to end up ruining the injectors or such in the long run. Filters are cheaper than injectors and pumps for sure.
