99 200 vmax. Motor started running rough then quite and will not start. Can someone please give me ohm checks. No spark so its got to be electrical. Things like kill switch wires, coils, power pack, igtion. I don't have internet at home so please give me all u can for me to check this weekend. I know y'all will come through once again. :):)
First check the kill switch. It will be open or closed. If you get any other reading then replace it.
If it is not the kill switch, I would guess it is a wire that is disconnected some were. You need to go over the motor with a fine tooth comb and check all of the connections.
If nothing is found then you need to buy a service manual and get to work.
